ISO 29993:

It is titled “Learning services outside formal education – Service requirements” and was published in 2017. The standard aims to ensure quality and consistency in the provision of non-formal education and training services.
ISO 29993 is applicable to a wide range of learning services, including but not limited to vocational training, lifelong learning, professional development, and other types of training offered by organizations outside the formal education system. The standard emphasizes the importance of meeting learners’ needs, enhancing their learning experience, and improving the overall effectiveness of non-formal education services.
ISO 21001:
ISO 21001, also known as Educational organizations management systems – Requirements with guidance for use, is an international standard introduced by ISO in 2018. This standard specifies the requirements for educational organizations to establish, implement, and maintain effective management systems. It focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of educational organizations’ operations and processes.
ISO 21001 is designed to be applicable to all educational organizations, including schools, colleges, universities, training centers, and other entities involved in providing educational services. The standard offers guidelines for enhancing educational processes, promoting a learner-centered approach, and ensuring the satisfaction of learners and other interested parties.
ISO 9001:
ISO 9001 is one of the most well-known and widely used international standards for quality management systems. It is part of the ISO 9000 family of standards developed by ISO and was first published in 1987. The latest version at the time of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021 is ISO 9001:2015.
